Cook fresh pasta according to the package instructions. Melt the butter in a non stick frying pan over low heat.
Add the Crème FraÎche and stir until melted. Add the cooked and drained pasta.
Add half the smoked salmon. If the sauce is too thick add the pasta water a little at a time until the desired consistency is reached.
Spoon onto serving plates and top with the remaining smoked salmon, lemon zest and chopped dill. Serve with the Parmesan cheese.
